This package is ideal for a client who desires a unique and personalized event that accurately projects his/her company’s ideals. Whether it is a breakfast meeting, holiday reception, or weekend conference, this package can be customizable with all or some of the following options to ensure your event leaves your clients impressed.
Corporate Coordination and Design Package Includes, but not limited to:
- Free initial consultation
- Unlimited consultations, either virtual or in person, starting after first payment
- Collaboration with client(s) to construct a personalized “look and feel” of the event
- Assembling and executing event décor and design
- Optional website and/or e-mail construction and design – for those looking to keep their guests in the loop virtually and leaving their private inboxes clutter-free
- Organization of event logistics in either e-mail and/or binder form for personal use and referral
- Access to personal timelines, checklists, venue information booklet, vendor suggestions, budget sheets, etc.
- Comparison of budget sheets, negotiation of addendums and contracts, finalizing banquet event orders (BEOs)
- Compiling event information and/or timeline into an aesthetically appealing brochure and/or flyer
- Promotion of events via e-mail and/or eBlasts
- Optional attendance in all desired vendor meetings
- Assistance in vendor selection, including, but not limited to, invitations, guest list organization, photography and/or videography, florist, music, menu selection, seating arrangements, registry, décor rentals, sign orders, pamphlets, name badges, party favors and/or gift baskets, as well as anything your creative eye desires
- Consistent updates on progress of event coordination via e-mail and/or telephone – these updates will be sent at least once a week beginning six weeks prior to event, unless requested otherwise
- Site walk-through to discuss set-up and timing of event
- Presiding over all event details, including registration, receptions, lectures and/or presentations, and vendors
- Correspondence with vendors to construct detailed timeline of the day – finalized timeline will be given to all vendors and bridal party prior to event day
- Limitless communication with planner during 4+ months prior to event
- Assistance with final negotiations and/or event logistics
- 12+ hours of one-site event coordination and supervision
- Liaison of vendors and attendants to ensure smooth event execution/production
- Arrangement and styling of personal items for on-site and reception décor
- Delivery of personal items to designated hotel room and/or person
