This package is specialize for the do-it-yourself client seeking a coordinator to square away the last minute knots and tie all the details together.

Week-Of Coordination Package Includes:

• Free initial consultation
• One consultation at least one week prior to event
• Access to Week-Of checklist to ensure proper execution of event
• Site walk-through to discuss set-up and timing of event
• Rehearsal coordination
• Correspondence with vendors to construct detailed timeline of the day – finalized timeline will be given to all vendors and bridal party prior to event day
• Limitless communication with planner during the week prior to event
• 8 hours of coordination on-site of ceremony and reception
• Liaison of vendors and attendants to ensure smooth event execution/production
• Arrangement and styling of personal items for on-site and reception décor
• Delivery of personal items to designated hotel room and/or person
