Clove-Hitch Knot Package

This package is specialize for a client who has completed most of the coordination, but is looking for a planner to assist and execute the final details and production of his/her event.

Month of Coordination Package Includes:

• Free initial consultation
• Three consultations starting at least one month prior to event
• Access to Month-Of checklist to ensure proper execution of event
• Site walk-through to discuss set-up and timing of event
• Rehearsal coordination
• Presiding over all event details, including ceremony, reception, and vendors beginning one month prior to wedding and/or event
• Correspondence with vendors to construct detailed timeline of the day – finalized timeline will be given to all vendors and bridal party prior to event day
• Limitless communication with planner during the month prior to event
• Assistance with final negotiations and/or event logistics
• 10 hours of coordination on-site of ceremony and reception
• Liaison of vendors and attendants to ensure smooth event execution/production
• Arrangement and styling of personal items for on-site and reception décor
• Delivery of personal items to designated hotel room and/or person
